Our Safety Management Approach
We take the necessary measures to responsibly manage, preserve, and enhance our workplace environments to ensure the health and safety of our employees. We've created a comprehensive safety management system focused on continual improvement and education to identify, mitigate, and eliminate safety hazards. All company employees are trained following the most current Ministry of Labour guidelines and above current industry standards.

Viola Ready Mix has developed a multi-year accessibility plan to comply with the AODA and the Integrated Accessibility Standard under Ontario Regulation 191/11.
